Alienware FX error when the controller tries to connect to the computer

Hello,

We just bought an Alienware Desktop Aurora - R2 (B3MWX4J).

After a small period of normal use the computer becomes instable and we always get the (french) message (O.S. = French):

Une erreur s'est produite lorsque le contrôleur AlienFX a tenté d'établir la communication avec l'ordinateur. Cela peut être dû à un problème de matériel ou de logiciel. Veuillez essayer ces solutions pour corriger l'erreur dans l'ordre indiqué ci-dessous :

Veuillez essayer d'activer à nouveau le contrôleur AlienFX. Cliquez à l'aide du bouton droit sur l'icône AlienFX dans la barre de notification de Windows et sélectionnez 'Activer Alienware AlienFX'.
Veuillez éteindre votre ordinateur puis le redémarrer.

Si aucune de ces solutions ne fonctionne, veuillez contacter un agent du support technique Alienware.  Cette erreur peut également être due à un logiciel Alienware AlienFX installé sur un ordinateur ne disposant pas des matériels appropriés pour prendre en charge Alienware AlienFX.

So the computer reports an error when the AlienFX controller wants to connect to the computer.  It can be a hardware or software problem.  Please try following solutions:  activate Alienware FX and restart your computer.  This does not solve anything.

What can be the problem here?
