Hi Milena, sometimes I am able to get it to safe mode, sometimes I am not even able to reach the Alienware logo, sometimes even I am able to run it. It's very random.
I will recommend you try to run a PSA diagnostic just to make sure there are no hardware issues. If you don’t get any error you can try to reinstall windows.
In addition if you able to login into safe mode and check the system temperatures it will be great just to make sure we are not facing an overheating issue.

Are you able to get into safe mode?
As well check that all the fans are clean and that the air is flowing properly
