Alienware M17 R2 Fan Problem

Hello, 

I just got my new M17 R2 4720HQ  from laptop shop, everything work fine for me but after a few days I realized that somehow my laptop seem to be overheated.

I have checked with HWinfo that my laptop is running at ~~ 60 ' C, the shop keeper said this is the "C that my fan would start running but somehow when I use the laptop it reached 60"C but I even feel the heat on my keyboard also on place close to my power button and the fan didnt start.

I have searched on google that I could use HWinfo software to control fan speed but when I installed it, it asked me to disable COMPAL EC from my laptop -- I did disable it and idk why I still cant click on the Fan Icon in (Sensor) ?? 

My questions : is my laptop running OK? Is it possible to control my laptop fan ? If yes please tell me how to do it ?
