Alienware Screen

I recently bought a new Alienware 14 model, it's been running great but that's not waht's bothering me. My question is a little more of a paranoia thing than it is of a hardware issue, but I wasn't sure where else to post this. 

Basically I've been using my laptop for about three days now, and I noticed recently that their are some water like streaks on the screen like someone had cleaned it, or used a cleaning solution or something on it.  The only thing I'm confused about is why does a new computer screen need cleaned? or if there is something else that I'm missing about it.
