Alienware trade in program not working throws error on FedEx Module
It has been broken since last night and I am VERY worried about getting my consoles submitted for the rebates.
The error message it throws is
"An error occured! Page /Modules/DeliveryLabelsFedEx/EditCollectionData.aspx
Message The customer id should no be 0."
It looks like the module for FedEx integration is broken. Please fix !!! I have tried from different email addresses and it all does the same thing. Thinking it might have considered my address malformed I attempted with a friend's address who happened to already submit theirs and same error. It's definitely broken server-side.

This is unacceptable. Are you just taking systems from people and not paying out?????
