Alienware Trade-In Program

honestly selling it off on ebay or kijiji or such private sale will always get you more then  trade in....  as trade in your lucky to get 40/50% of its current used value.. atleast in cases ive seen for much of anything including the trading in of my car :(

Back when I bought my Alienware 18, I had no idea there was a trade in program for my Aienware 18x. To this day I write to the email address and get no reply. I say sell it on ebay as well. 

Don't do the trade in program. They do not send the money on time like stated. You will wait until the absolute last minute before a decision is made, then they will promise you money within 30 days, which you will never see. 

I've never gotten a reply from Dell, the number someone posted is for a business in NJ, and I don't want to sell it on EBay.
