Area 51 stuck in boot loop. Please help.

Hi guys,

I just installed the J560M motherboard in my Area 51.  When the boot screen comes up, it says BIOS A07 and then it continues to boot look with the repair windows/start normally option as this system had a different mobo/cpu installed earlier and the hdd still has all the setting from the previous setup.  How can I get out of this boot loop if I just want to reformat the hdd and re-install windows?

thanks for the help!

Insert Windows DVD-Rom, and force machine to boot from it first.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that I have tried that, but it continues to loop back to the boot screen even when booting from DVD Rom drive and after "windows is loading files."
