Aurora A11 BIOS - Can't find Boot from USB

Hello,

Yesterday I closed my Alienware computer like I usually do and when I woke up today, I got stuck on Windows 10 boot loop. As Windows 10 is loading, my fans go on and off and then nothing happens (I let it this way for a good 10 mins).  Fortunatly, I have Windows 10 installed on a USB drive.

So what I tried to do is:

-Press F12 (Select boot option)

-Select boot from USB
-The ''Press any key to boot...'' appears, but when I hit a key it freezes. I tried switching keyboard and the same happens. (Note: If I don't press any key it goes to the usual Windows 10 boot loop)

-Press F2 (Bios menu)

-Boot Configuration Features
-1st Boot Device: My only options are: (HDD: P0-KINGSTON..........) , (CD/DVD: P4-PLDS...........) and (Disabled)

My goal is to use the USB drive in order to repair the Windows 10 boot failure.

Sorry for the mistakes I propably made, english is a second language.

Thank you for you time and I hope to find a solution quickly.

Dell Diagnostics

You probably have a failing hard drive. Re-installing Windows isn't going to do you any good.
