Aurora R5 Fan or liquid cooling noise

I have just got my new aurora R5 (i7 6700k 1070) two days ago. As soon as I start the machine, the noise from the top of the case is a little bit loud. It seems like the fan causes the noise but I am not sure.

I just want to make sure that it is normal or a technical issue. How many of you suffer from the same problem? I contact the service, and they suggest me to update the BIOS setting. I haven't got to try it.

is it the fan running on high speed, then just turn it down some or set it for automatic mode, if it sounds like it is rattling that could have happened during shipping.

Hi Chizzler,

The sound starts as soon as I press the logo button. I opened the slide door and checked it. The sound comes from the top of the Chassis, over the part of PSU. It sounds even louder when the speed of Front Fan goes down. My instinct and experience with PC tell me the sound is abnormal. I don't know how to describe it in English. It just like the fan touches something while working. I can even hear the sound from outside of my room.
