Blue screen and restart again and again.
It shows "Your PC run into a problem and needs to restart. We just collecting some error info, and then we will restart for you"
This PC installed Windows 8, and I totally can not enter the OS. I think I can not use the blue screen viewer tool or get error code.....
The screen shows the Pic(1), then the Pic(2), then restart. This PC just do these again and again.
I got this Alienware X51 few days ago, but I can not start it
How to solve this problem?
