BLUE SCREEN ERRORS (116 AND 117), NVKFLT.SYS
alienware, dell
i have been experiencing some serious problems with my laptop for the last 3 months . i am receiving a blue screen every time i try to play with my nvidia gtx580m a game for more than A FEW SECONDS(sometimes minutes). the problem doesn t occur when i use the integrated graphics (cpu), the temperatures are fine, windows are up to date, both bios, nvidia and cpu are up to date(drivers again). i have tried to format my laptop but nothing happen. recently i have replaced my motherboard , video card (nvidia), cpu, hard drive and heatsinks but still nothing happened. i am not the only one who has that exact problem with his alienware laptop(and even xps) . i know a friend who used to have this problem and you COULDN T FIND A SOLUTION and you replaced the whole machine

Hello,
Have you tested or replaced the memory?
You can run the extended memory test on the ePSA or you can test one memory at a time on each slot.

Hello Natalia,
Why this issue comes only after the warranty is expired. Most of the ppl are facing this problem within 1 month after their warranty is expired.
If we are not able to use our laptops properly then wht the use of purchasing these expensive machines??
Please provide a sure shot solution.
Thanks.
