Buying a new Alienware from Dell in USA to be exported and use in ASIA
Hello
I am considering in purchasing an M18X R2 from USA and have it send to my office in HongKong
I am currently working and living in China, I have been quoted by HiDevolution and I don't know who the official owner is as i buy it trough them.
I'm almost ready to passe my order
My main concern is how can I transfer & validate my warranty in ASIA? As if ones transferred & validated, I will like to buy an extension for such warranty here in ASIA

I don't believe you can buy from Dell USA and ship directly to Asia, I think you have to get it Delivered to a USA address then have it shipped from there by someone in the USA.
I'm guessing this what HiDevolution do on your behalf ?
Your Warranty should transfer ok, there is an issue (mentioned on the forum before) about transferring outlet warranties but new warranties they are international so you just have to transfer it via the Dell Website. I appears to be very simple to do.
I'm Chris can give you more indepth information, but I thought I'd post some quick information.

I dont know how HiDevolution do either, what i know for sure is that the system is sold new from them and with no USA TAX
And there is no Import tax in HongKong
Since the price this time in ASIA are up to the sealing, I have no other choice but the one I already mentioned
