Hi, thanks. It's an Alienware M18x R2. I have service code and tag if it helps.

Hi,

Try reinstalling both the Intel and AMD drivers. Then run the ePSA/Diagnostics test again to confirm if the same error code comes up.

Hi Rodrigo

Tried to update Intel driver, error log attached. Updated AMD drivers but doesn't boot - so disabled to get into PC in safe mode. Ran diagnostic test but fails when run in thorough mode with same error code with different validation number this time. Didn't work I'm afraid unless I did it wrong.

Cheers

Hi,

Unfortunately, it appears you're having a hardware issue, you could try to reseat (remove and install again) the video card to see if it continues to give the same error. If it does, we recommend replacing the video card.

Hi Rodrigo

Understood, thanks for your help. I'll see how it goes and replace if necessary.

Hi

Is there somewhere I can check what Graphics cards are compatible with the M18x R2? I think I'll need to replace.

Thanks
