Fn key not working
I'm kinda sorta not really computer savvy, so please explain in baby steps..
This all started when a friend reinstalled windows for me. Can't even remember why we did it now. But since then, I haven't been able to reinstall ANY version of Command Center, most drivers (BIOS, GeForce, all of the major ones), can't connect it to my tv via HDMI, and my Fn keys aren't working. The HDMI and Fn keys are very recent and happened out of nowhere. I didn't install anything new, nothing changed. Discovered the rest of the problems while investigating this and running myself in circles googling answers.
So. Problems.
1.) Fn keys not working.
2.) Can't download drivers.
3.) Can't download Command Center.
4.) Can't connect it to tv via HDMI.
Heellllppp. It's an Alienware M18x r5, 32GB RAM, two 500GB hard drives and one 250 GB SSD, 64 bit, Intel-i7-3630QM CPU@2.4GHz

I assume you are trying to download the drivers from the Dell support site. What is the error message that you receive when trying to download the drivers?

Yep, and it's something like "....not compatible with this platform."

Hi,
You entered your service tag when looking for the drivers on the Dell site, is that correct? Please post a screenshot of the error message that you receive when trying to download them so we can look further into this.
