Office 2010 Pro is an oldie but a goodie.

I have run it on Windows-7, Windows-8, and now even Windows-10 on some machines.

Depending on the allowable installations with each copy and/or serial key ... well, only one machine might be allowed for each. Yes, it's normal for it to ask for a serial-key and Activate it online. The machine must be connected to the Internet to facilitate that.

Since this is Microsoft software, your best shot at an ultimate resolution or to find-out what is happening ... is to ask THEM. You can post in their forums, but if it was me, with all those legitimate copies, licenses, and serial-keys ... I would just call them directly and let them help you.

You won't get keys for that from here.  The MICROSOFT PRODUCT IDENTIFIER CARD  has a key that came from dell.
