Try updating the video card drivers to the latest from the manufacturer's website. If the problem persist, please send me your service tag through a private message (click on my user, and then start a conversation)
My video drivers are up to date ive done a clean install and tried multiple versions. i have most recently done a clean install and updated to the most recent drivers from AMD directly

Have you tried using the DELL drivers instead?
