Help - AlienFX not working

Question

I recently re-seated both of my GTX580s on my Alienware Area 51 ALX model and the lights and vents have gone haywire since. When I boot Alien Command Centre, all sensors show [0 degreee celsius] for temperature; [0 RPM] for fans; CPU Pump [failed]. When I go to AlienFX editor, it says that [AlienFX cannot detect this device on your system]. I have ran Alien Autopsy and every test has passed. What I have observed:1. The MIO Board has a blinking blue and constant orange light when I switch the machine on.2. The fans are running at max speed.3. I'm still able to play my games fine. I have been trying to run Dell Diagnostics but whenever I try to burn the image, my computer hangs. I have also tried the unplug>dissipate electricity>try again method but to no avail. Any advice is much appreciated.

I FIXED IT! I took everything out and noticed the USB plug from the MIO board was not plugged in. I must have knocked it out when I was messing with my graphics. Cheers!

Testing outside Windows with Dell Diags is vital. Try 'burning' to USB Flash drive instead. F12 to boot it.
