You need to start by checking your system setup (F2 at powerup). Is the AC adapter recognized or showing as "unknown"? If unknown, call Dell for a warranty replacement of the adapter - if that doesn't solve it, an internal repair is needed (new DC jack or mainboard).
If the adapter isn't recognized, the battery will not charge.
The adapter is recognized as if I remove the battery with the adapter plugged in, it'll still work. I think the problem's the battery which isn't charging. Do you know if I can order a new battery for free?

My warranty is expiring really soon so I'd really like an answer from dell. Is a new battery part of the current warranties I own?
Update: I cleaned the fans with compressed air, the laptop doens't overheat any more.
The Laptop STILL DOESN'T CHARGE and I'm getting 30-40 fps on League of Legends and I used to get 150-220 (which is what I paid for).
Thanks
