Help with resetting bios back to factory
Hi guys So I was updating my bios on my Alienware Aurora desktop(never again) and when I restarted the Computer nothing came back on I did a bunch of Google searches and found that I can reset my Bios to factory setting on the mother board I have done this but now I'm at a total loss of what to do When computer starts back up it asks if I want to reset to factory I push f1 and then the loading screen comes up again with the Alienware Symbol But now I'm lost as I can never seem to get it past this point the bar always freezes If I shutdown and start again I have to reset bios again or I can't even get into boot menu So before I mess anything else up even more Is there someone who can take me through step by step as to What I need to do? Let me know what u need and I'll answer as best I can Been working at this for 5 hours(not a huge know it person for computers) Thanks

Hi,
Please confirm which Windows operating system you are running with your system. In the Bios, under the Boot tab, look for an option called Boot Mode and set it to UEFI, make sure the secure boot option is disabled. Save the changes and restart the system.
