LED's not working?

Hey, would like to start by saying I love my Alienware 17, pretty sweet desktop replacement!

I have just however encountered an issue with all the LED lights on the laptop, I came home from work, turned on the computer, all my lights came on and then just died. I went through the steps of removing the battery, holding the power for 20s, then re installing with no luck, uninstalled and reinstalled Command Center, and flashing/reloading the BIOS also with no luck.

I should also mention if I go into Command Center and click "apply" on the AlienFX page the back lights all come on for about 3 seconds and then die again!

I'm lost for ideas and am hoping someone can help me out!
