lights not working :( please HELP !

Please ,help !

After reinstalling Windows 7 , lights on notebook doesn't work , I tryed so much version of Command Center , also downloaded some registry fix on this site but nothing helps, please help me , so tired from this .

Pleaase guys help me with lights
