Mouse Pad not working
Hello,
I have an Alienware 14. The mouse pad began to act weird and not work at times. I have to turn my computer on and off several times to get it to work. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I tried to reinstall the driver already but then the light that makes the mouse pad glow stopped working and it still didn't work all he time. Right now it just kinda works when it feels like it. Once the mouse pad is working though, it will usually work till I close or turn off the computer, but sometimes it also cuts off in the middle of working.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thank You!!

Have you tried updating the BIOS or checking on the AlienTouch within the Alien Command Center?

You might have to re-install the Alien Command Center and Touchpad Driver.
The BIOS Is the internal Motherboard Firmware.
You can get those updates through here: http://dell.to/1rIq5Bf
