Need help factory resetting Alienware M14 Laptop
Hi, I just bought my Alienware M14 Laptop today from a pawn shop, and i need help resetting it. It was very slow at first, but I tried some things that sped it up. It is not worth it though, so I wanted to reset it.
When looking into my computer settings, I realized that this laptop has nothing alienware installed on it. It is not even Dell OEM windows 7 that is on it. No alien respawn, no way to just reset it like brand new.
The problem is that I cannot just respawn this laptop like normal, and i do not have an original system recovery disk for it.
IS THERE ANY POSSIBLE WAY TO RESET MY LAPTOP TO BE LIKE A FACTORY RESTORE!?!?!

Hi,
Since Alien Respawn is not an option, you would need a Windows recovery disk or USB drive in order to do a clean installation of the operating system. You could try contacting our Sales support department.
