Your missing one of the drivers.  The best way is to clone an M11X R3 hard drive that is working or pay Alienware Support $65 for them to attempt to troubleshoot it....  Even if you download all of the drivers, applications etc (after inputing your service tag) from Dell, you will still be missing the required driver.  The hardware of this laptop is great but the customer service of Alienware support from Dell is really a deal killer for me.  This will be the last Dell product I buy.   Check out the Asus Lamborghini, it looks pretty cool too.  Perhaps their customer service technical support might be better?

You are not missing any drivers, the ones listed by dell when searching by model (not by service tag) are the right ones:

The right solution is not using the drivers provided by dell with your service tag. Use the ones displayed when searching by model. Also, for the Command Center to work, you need .net framework 4. Another recommendation is to fully update win7 before installing the Command Center, but I don't know if its neccessary. Finally I can mention that each version of the Command Center requirec a certain Synaptics driver version, but also don't know if its neccessary.
