Pc crashing/BSOD
Hi guys my pc has been crashing and even frame lagging in games such as Dota2, Soldier Front 2 etc.
I have an alienware ALX so I don't see why this is happening....please help~
I recently contacted the Dell staff and in the end after reinstalling my pc, reinstalling+updating drivers it still didn't fix. He said the results of the minidump files are because of the OS kernel?
Heres the files analysis please help. Thanks~ :

First, what Alienware desktop model are we talking about?
I recommend you try following the troubleshooting steps on this article for low FPS/performance in games.
I wasn't able to open that link, but it sounds like you might be getting BSOD crashes. If that's the case, retrieve the BSOD error by following the steps here.
Let me know the results.
