Problems with windows 8.1 alien ware mx14-r2

Question

Okay so when i updated to 8.1 i started having problems.. alien ware command center wont change colors etc etc.. so i figured ill just revert to windows 8 right? Nope there is no way i can revert without losing everything.  sigh.. im very frustrated with this problem i have been having , and there is no update to make my computer  compatible with windows 8.1. is there no way to fix this? I have spent hours ruining in circles on the internet with no results. is help even possible at this point? Does the warrant cover this problem? Does anyone  even care? help?

Follow the troubleshooting steps on this article to re-install the Command Center. Make sure you update to the latest BIOS A14 for Windows 8.1 Let me know how it goes!
