Questions about returning Alienware systems
Has anyone had to return their Alienware sysem for a refund? My Aurora R3 has had problems since I received it. I want to return it. However, my husband threw away the shipping box. Has anyone had to return a system to Dell? Will they provide a new box to ship it back in?

I returned my original Aurora R3 for a replacement in late April
or early May of this year within the 18 day replacement period
and was told to return it in the box that the replacement came in.
Returning it for a refund may be a different story if the original
box is gone. Maybe contact Dell, see what they say. Good luck.
