Thermal Controller error? help me for fix pls

Is Factory restoring the laptop an option? If not, then I'd uninstall the AlienLabs software, reboot, run CCLEANER, shutdown the laptop. Wait 30 seconds. Reboot. Reinstall the latest driver version of the AlienLabs software - exactly from your specific models driver page on Dell.
If that doesn't clear things up, post back and let us know.

It's a desktop btw, and nope I can't do factory restoring, and as for the uninstalling the AlienLabs, not sure exactly which software it is,..
