Thermal Controller malfuntion

Question

I just purchased an Alienware Aurora R4. The ACC functioned until I upgraded to 3.5 version. Now the thermal controller does not show the water cooler pump. It shows 'System Fan' and it won't run. Help desk told me that this is normal. I imagine they said that because they don't have an answer. The 3.5 ACC has bugs. Just sayin

So that 'IT' will know the answer to this issue I removed ACC 3.5 and reinstalled ACC 2.8.11 from the disk that came with my purchase. All the thermal controls work as they should showing 3 temp sensors, 3 fans and the CPU Pump.

I have an R4 Windows 7 64bit intel i7 3820 8gig of ram NVidia gtx 580 After installing the original Command center 2.8, I was then able to re-install the 3.5. The tech I spoke to attempted to install 3.5 overtop the 3.5 and it did not work.

I have ... Windows 7 64bit   That makes sense then ...   Pretty sure Win7-64 can only use up to AW-CC v2.8.x.   AW CC v3.5.x is only for Windows 8.x (64 bit).
