I'm using windows 7. I did reinstall windows a couple of months ago, but I had a dell technician that walked me through it. Other than that, I can't think of anything that would cause the drivers to get uninstalled.
Thanks for helping me out! But do you have any idea what the USB-controller device is/does? I mean, the computer is working perfectly fine without the drivers.

Drivers don't magically go missing.
What has happened to this machine recently?
What version of Windows are you running now?

This is the best way. Chipset Drivers first after install completes.

Then, IIRC ... Aurora-R4 has USB-3.0, so looks like it needs Renesas driver

Thanks for helping me out! But do you have any idea what the USB-controller device is/does? I mean, the computer is working perfectly fine without the drivers.
