What's up with marketing?

I got an awesome shiny black Alienware apparel catalog in the mail just before Christmas this year.  I was totally stoked.  I picked out a couple shirts and hats and some other stuff all totaling around $150.00.  I went to the Alienware website with my credit card ready to spend.  Spent about 30 minutes looking for the items that the catalog referred to and couldn't find them.   Checked the catalog, yep, had the right address.  Clicked on the chat to chat up a sales rep.  Told the sales rep that I had a catalog in my hand that said I could buy some Alienware apparel.  The rep did his best to find the catalog/promotion I was talking about, even contacted his supervisor.  He ended up apologizing to me because he couldn't find the merchandise I was referring to and had no information on the promotion. 

I'd like to buy some shirts and hats.  Any suggestions?
