Ok, sorry for the language. Now the english version...
While Windows is running, an overload in the domestic blew protection breaker. Obviously the PC is turned off instantly. Reactivate the line voltage, reboot the PC without error, but the session ended, I press on "Shutdown" ... to turn off the PC does, and it goes off, but after 5 seconds off, it automatically restarts.
So dozens of times. I tried everything, I disconnected all external drives, I rebooted with a bank of ram at a time (2GBx3), I ran Malwarebytes, but nothing. I also uploaded an image of the system made a month ago.
I noticed that between restarts, and the other, the alien skull is illuminated along with the lower front where there is the air intake.
To turn off the PC "brutally" I hold the off button for 5 seconds, but it is not a healthy thing for the hw.
