Alienware M14x Problems
Hey,
I just bought an alienware 2 days ago, i bought the Alienware M14x, and i have two problems, one being the lighting, and one being the Alien Autopsy.
For the lighting, sometimes when i turn on my laptop the lighting i have it set to does not work. for example i have the Cubed theme, but when i turn it on the power button lighting does not work and the lid lightings do not work the right half of the bottom lighting does not work. any suggestions to help me out with this would be awesome :D
Now for the Alien Autopsy problem, i updated my BIOS to the new version because the Dell check up that you do online told me to. and now when i open Alien Autopsy it tells me: "license authentication failed. This version of AlienAutopsy is not licensed to run on this system."
Please help me, i just bought the laptop 2 days ago and i dont know what to do.
First Alienware i ever buy.

Hello Aboode5595!
On regards to the problem with the lights you can follow the steps on this article and you will be able to fix it.
And with the Alien autopsy I would recommend you to uninstall it and reinstall it again.
