Scrap that question, I've spoke to the nice chaps at Customer Service who found out the info I required, I'm still a little surprised Dell can access some rough tracking info but don't update it so the customer can at least have some idea what's going on rather than displaying no information at all.
Just as a side note I'm not sure why Dell customer service gets such a bad wrap on the various review sites out there in the wild but I have noting but good things to say about them or at least all the ones I've spoke to have been very helpful.
Im in the same situation , but unlike you when i contacted support all they told me is that it departed China.. a week ago.
It is really amazing not only that it takes so long to deliver but also that they really have no updates on the tracking.
I mean for god sake in this day and time Amazon can deliver a toothbrush in less than 24h, how come Dell cannot deliver a £2000 laptop in less than a week???
I am very disappointed in this and on the verge of just canceling the order and buying it from amazon for £100 more.
