New Aurora R4 random restarts

I received my new system, an aurora R4, on Oct. 16th and since then it's been experiencing seemingly random restarts.  There have been a total of 9 so far, 2 while playing different games: one online the other single player, and the other 7 times when doing mundane things like checking emails, checking facebook, or just surfing sites.

They've all produced the same WHEA-Logger error report in the events viewer:

A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error
Processor APIC ID: 9

The details view of this entry contains further information.

I've yet to attempt contacting customer support because my schedule leaves me little time to be available to sit on the phone for prolonged amounts of time.  I'm planning to do so on Wed. Oct. 29th, but was hoping I could get some information here that could help accelerate the process for when I am able to call - or even a solution to make calling not necessary.

Thanks for the help!

I will recommend you to download Bluescreen viewer so we can check if it is a blue screen the one causing the restarts; as soon as you download it try to get the error code and the cause by driver so we can have an idea of what is exactly the problem.

As well you can run a PSA diagnostic just to make sure all the hardware components are in good conditions.
