Alienware 14bios issues
I apologize but I did not know where to post this and couldn't find what I need.. So I just rented a laptop from Rent-A-Center (RAC) They could not figure out how to remove the unlock setup portion of the bios. everything is grey except for the option to unlock set up it also says Admin pw installed. I'm 100% guessing that this is the issue. I need to know what I can do to fix it. I don't have the money to send it in. any help would be awesome!

Hi,
After failing the password 3 times, does it asks for a system disable number?

No but it shows a service tag number and a number under system disabled.

You have to fail the password 3 times (Admin pw), then send me a picture of the screen so I can see what it says.
