Windows 8 won't boot up on Alienware X51
Hello,
I just opened my alienware computer and when I turned on the machine, the alienware symbol would appear on my screen but the OS would never start up.
Any suggestions to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know how formal these boards are or if they are monitored by employes. This post may sit here for some time.
You have a brand new computer that doesn't work. Not good! I would call dell right away . They'll either get you on tech support and see what they can do ( most often they can, with your permission )access your computer too see what's wrong.
If they can't fix it, then they need to replace it. But respond soon. Sooner you let them know, the sooner they can help you.

Is this a brand new system you just bought with Win8 that will not boot? If so please read this article and follow the steps to get it booting.
