Reinstallation question
Had the hard-drive fail in my X51 the day before yesterday so support overnighted me a new HD. I installed it, reinstalled Windows and used the accompanying driver CD to reinstall everything on it. My only real question is.. where are all the Alienware programs and information? Command Center is missing, as is Autopsy. Using Autopsy after I hunted it down and reinstalled it gives me no driver update information even using my service tag/express tag. Wonder if anyone else has run into this..
