13 R1, WiFi card replacement

Question

Hello. I have a Alienware 13 with a malfunctioning Killer 1525 WiFi card. It’s no longer detected in device manager and bothered WiFi and Bluetooth doesn’t work. I am therefor looking for a replacement, preferable a ax200 module if this can fit. I’ve searched around a lot trying to find out which cards are both physically and driver compatible, but found no answers. If anybody could point me in the direction of a WiFi/Bluetooth card that will fit my Alienware 13 I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for the reply. It seems to me that the 1535 is shorter than the 1525 in the 13, so I’m not sure if the replacement will fit however?

ve done some more research and here is where I am now. I think the 1535 and ax200 is wider than the the 1525 in my 13 R1. I think that the R2 came specked with both the 1535 and 1535 so I think they are interchangeable and thus the 1535 and ax200 should work and fit in my 13 R1

Any input on my reasoning before I pull the trigger and start the cumbersome disassembly would be greatly appreciated.
