13 R3, Boot issue after Windows 10 update
Hi I have an issue with my alienware,
It downloads the windows update just fine then when it is in the restart Process it shows installing update and percentage and as normal tries to restart during this to finish the install but as it does this it just gets stuck on the alienware logo and won't go past this until I hold the power button it turns off and when I power it back on it says an issue occurred and reverts to the previous version. Please help I can't download any new programs or update them as the windows version won't support.

I have fixed it I downloaded a new bios and it fixed the boot issue I am now running 21h1 and it won't update anymore

It won't boot at all as soon as it get part way through the install it restarts and gets stuck for hours until I turn it off manually and when I switch back on it restores windows to previous version

Yes thats the update I'm trying to do the model is an alienware r13
The update download itself is no issue
The issue is when installing the update and it restarting in that install process it gets stuck on the boot screen

The laptop is from 2017 so it should have windows 10 unless I'm mistaken? It tells me I can't install windows 11
I'm trying the install as we speak I will let you know what has happened
