14 R1, not recognising Nvidia GPU

Recently my Alienware 14 stopped recognising my secondary GPU (Nvidia GeForce GT 700M). It doesn't appear on Device Manager and trying to install Nvidia's drivers tell me that I don't have any of their GPUs and they don't support my device. I tried uninstalling it and restarting but now it no longer appears on hidden devices either. I'm at a loss on what to do since I'm getting blue screened when playing games (the problem is video memory management internal) and the error code I got on the GPU was Code 45. Any help is appreciated and thank you in advance.

Run the Dell diagnostics (F12 at powerup to get in).  Does the nVidia GPU show up there?

Check your BIOS to see if it says NVIDIA GFX next to Dedicated Graphics. If it says Non Detected then it's safe to say that your GPU is dead. If it is detected then it could still be faulty. If all else fails, try reinstalling Windows. It could be a bad Windows update that caused the issue.
