14 R1, touchpad not working

I bought an old alienware 14 Laptop with Service Tag

It installed Windows 8.1 and BIOS version A09.

I upgraded BIOS version to A11 and installed windows 10. and VMware workstation Pro 15

All are working properly.

After Installing Vmware workstation pro 15 and restart my laptop the touchpad is notworking and keyboardlight is working.

Then I did a clean install windows 8.1 back touchpad is not working

Changed to BIOS version A09 back touchpad is not working.

Changed to window 7 used legacy mode touchpad is not working.

with UEFI mode touchpad is not working.

In device manager "Synaptic Touchpad is not under "mouse and point devices" it's on under "System devices"

I searched in "windows settings" the is no "Touchpad Tab" to enable touchpad.

I went to mouse setting and chose "Additional mouse options".

This message box is appeared.

"Unable to connect to the Synaptics Pointing Device Driver"

"Do you want to unistall it?"

Let me know the recommend OS,BIOS,Drivers versions,Alienware command center version and other settings to use the touchpad and keyboard backlight.

I was trying since 6 months ago.
