15 R?, Wake on Lan

Hi all guys....i have unlock my bios for enable WoL (wake on lan).. but i can't enable it... I have set on windows all the parameters for the Killer Lan card (magick packet, etc ..) ... but when I turn off the computer the lan card remains off ... in theory to work it should remain powered ... these are the settings that I put in the bios:
