There is a similar thread on this forum for your issue. And that issue can be solved by the Dell assistants. They will reply to your message and ask you to explain this on a private chat.
So far I have not found out a solution to this issue.
Meanwhile, I advise you don't install that driver again. Don't until Dell comes with a solution for this problem.
January 16, 2021 I have been having the same issue for several months and have decided not to select to install it again even though Supportassist says to. When I look at this in device manager it is showing 5 separate instances of the same identical driver number....not sure why which is very frustrating! My official support has expired and I am now wondering if this honestly just a Dell trick to try to get people to reapply for continued support. Cheers!
