15 R2, Desktop mode battery charge
Reposting of same issue from January 8, 2019.
Desktop mode battery charge stop working if i click on it nothing open "its last update osd on my alienware driver" and i setup older app i can open it and enable it but also nothing happened didn't work or auto disabled.

No this battery working well but this function only who didnt work well

That is what you mean??
But osd stopped on the old battery it came with my laptop and after it stopped few months msg appear that my battery need to replace so i replace it and new one never apply osd
