15 R2, lights on screen not working
Hello, I have an alienware 15 R2 and the lights on the screen are not working. The word ALIENWARE, the alien head on the back and the 2 stripes are off. All the other lights are working properly. I have tried older versions of AWCC but nothing happened. I have tried many ways i have found in the internet but didnt work. Plz help me. I Run win 8.1 x64 and AWCC4.5.16.0. The latest AWCC also didnt work. Thank you

Also i noticed today that only keyboard, touchpad and the frond lights can be changed through the Command Center. Left macro keys remain blue for some reason and the others are off.
Anyone can help plz?
