15 R3, 4K UHD touchscreen LCD?

Dell Alienware 15 R3 15.6" 4K UHD Matte Laptop Touch Screen Assembly XWF9P.

Has anyone installed one of these in their unit. I do a lot of tactile work and a touch screen would be a sick addition. I use an external monitor for most document work. I use a drawing pad for closer detail. I just wonder if anyone ran into any issues?
