15 R3, AWCC, TactX, errors

Good day,

I recently replaced my HDD with a SSD on this out of warranty 2017 15 R3. I decided to do a clean install of everything as recommended by the Dell support site. That being said, everything seems to work correctly, but when I turn on the laptop, I get the error message from AWCC (Alienware Command Center) :

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at AlienLabs.Keypad.Domain.Classes.ProfileManagerHolderClass.get_IndependentKeys()
at AlienLabs.Keypad.Classes.ApplicationControllerClass.get_IndependentKeys()

at System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.InternalRealCall(Delegate callback, Object args, Int32 numArgs)
at System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.TryCatchWhen(Object source, Delegate callback, Object args, Int32 numArgs, Delegate catchHandler)

As well as a different error when I actually open the Alienware TactX through the AWCC:

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

at AlienLabs.Keypad.Classes.ApplicationControllerClass.get_IndependentKeys()

at System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.TryCatchWhen(Object source, Delegate callback, Object args, Int32 numArgs, Delegate catchHandler)

I should add that the AlienFX, AlienFusion, and the AlienAdrenaline all appear to run appropriately.

I had found another guide recommending a BIOS update, followed by a power dump, and then uninstalling/reinstalling Command Center, but the results are the same.

Any ideas?

Thank you!
