15 R3, BIOS 1.6.0, bad performance

I have the AW15R3 1070 8 GB,

Ever since I did my first bios update to when 1.5.0, I got my laptop I had high temps and constant stuttering, Got low fps, I even wrote on this forum , I then had a stuck bios so replaced bios chip , I bought  this Laptop in a different country, So I didn't have warranty, Paid for it.

The bios was on default 1.0.5 , Temps were the same but I had amazing performance compared to last time,

2 days back, My laptop started to go to 96 degrees plus on idle, So I updated my bios to 1.6.0 hoping to have better result, And that decision was stupidest..

Performance is terrible !! Every game is dropping fps to 10 or 20, Especially during transitions of scenes , Temps are higher, every game offline and online is full of stuttering ,

I reinstalled os completely,Did complete reinstall, Fresh install of all drivers and it's still the same, Temps are not the problem, Tried under volting, Thermal repaste nothing helped ..

The first time I had this issue Dell blamed the mother board and heat sink to be replaced which costed couple hundred dollars! Then I replaced bios chip and everything was good, Now after a other bios update its terrible and I entirely blame the bios update , There's nothing more i.could do.. it's not even an year since I bought this , No he warranty as I live in a different country..

I really don't know what to do , Bios downgrading is also not possible.. please help

I'm telling you , it's definitely because of the bios update , " Update your bios for best performance" , Biggest lie ever lol

Due to Intel security, Bios is protected, You can't roll back before 1.2.5, They've blocked it , Some say the damage done to mb can't be rolled back by downgrading bios, But I had replaced bios chip alone from mb and it worked so , Is there a way I can flash it to 1.0.5 bypassing the downgrading lock

maybe try..

. In the meantime restart the computer & tap F2 to get into BIOS – expand maintenance tab – BIOS downgrade – make sure that the option BIOS downgrade is enabled (Checked as per the image below) – Save & exit. Restart the computer & check if the issue persists.
