15 R3, Fallout 76, lag

Question

Hi, When i play on fallout 76 i have random lag and the frame drop to 2-3 fps. I have tried to play with all setting to low, i searched on internet, i tried to reinstall the game but i always have this drop of frame. The temp is under 75 degree. What is the problem with this machine?!
